• Retention: The executed original must be retained by the Employer in the Employee’s personnel file for a minimum of 7 years following the termination of the service tenancy.
• Attachments: Mandatory attachments include: (i) A copy of the formal Employment Agreement; (ii) A detailed Schedule of Condition (pre-move-in inspection report); and (iii) Evidence of Healthy Homes Standards compliance for the premises.
