SECTION 4: MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, AND UTILITIES

4.1 Tenant Maintenance Obligations: Tenant shall keep the Premises in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition. Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord of any damage, malfunction, or structural defect.
