Professional Photography Services Agreement

Parties and Definitions

This Agreement is made effective as of [Date], by and between:

Terms and Conditions

1. Services: Photographer agrees to provide photography services as described in the attached Scope of Work or as mutually agreed upon in writing. Photographer will perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

2. Payment: Client agrees to pay a total fee of $[Amount]. A non-refundable retainer of $[Amount] is due upon signing this Agreement to secure the date. The remaining balance of $[Amount] is due no later than [Number] days prior to the Event.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If Client cancels, the retainer is forfeited. If Client requests to reschedule, Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. If Photographer cannot perform due to unforeseen circumstances, they will refund all monies paid, including the retainer.

5. Copyright and Usage: Photographer retains full copyright of all images.
