Professional Photography Services Agreement for Newborn Portraits

Instructions for Use

1. Parties and Session Details

2. Services and Deliverables

3. Retainer and Payment

6. Copyright and Usage

The Photographer retains the copyright to all images. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, personal-use license to reproduce, print, and share the images for personal purposes. Commercial use, sale, or alteration of the images by the Client is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, equipment malfunction, or injury, the Photographer’s liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid by the Client under this Agreement.

8. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
