Professional Photography Services Agreement

Instructions for Use

• Retain a signed copy for your records and provide a duplicate to the other party for their files.

1. Parties and Definitions

2. Services and Deliverables

3. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property and Usage

The Photographer retains full copyright of all images created. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.

6. Artistic Style

The Client acknowledges that they are familiar with the Photographer’s portfolio and requests services with an understanding of the Photographer’s specific artistic style. The Photographer is not liable for the lack of specific shots if the Client fails to provide a shot list or if conditions (weather, lighting, subject cooperation) prevent such shots.

7. Limitation of Liability

In the event of equipment failure, data loss, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid under this Agreement. The Photographer is not responsible for consequential damages.

8. Governing Law
