1. PARTIES AND RECITALS

This Influencer Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the Effective Date by and between:

3. COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

8.2 Indemnification: Influencer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of any breach of the representations and warranties set forth in Section 7.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
