Instructions for Use

• Completion: Both the Client and the Photographer must complete all bracketed fields. Ensure the "Scope of Work" attachment is clearly defined.
• Filing/Retention: Both parties must retain a digital or physical copy of this executed agreement for a minimum of seven (7) years following the termination of the project.
• Attachments: Mandatory attachments include: (A) Project Scope & Fee Schedule; (B) License & Usage Rights Addendum.

The Photographer agrees to provide professional photography services as detailed in the attached Scope of Work (Attachment A).

4. USAGE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Copyright: The Photographer retains full ownership and copyright of all images.

5. CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT

• Client Cancellation: If Client cancels within [__________] days of the event, the Retainer is non-refundable.
• Photographer Substitution: If the Photographer cannot perform due to unforeseen circumstances, they shall provide a replacement of equal skill or provide a full refund of fees paid.

6. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY

The Photographer’s total liability for any claims, damages, or losses shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under this Agreement. Client agrees to indemnify Photographer against any third-party claims arising from Client-directed content.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State/Province of [__________].
