5.2 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, including any attached exhibits or referenced statutory chapters, constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written negotiations, representations, understandings, or agreements. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision shall be effective unless set forth in a written instrument executed by both Parties.
