Professional Wedding Photography Services Agreement

Terms and Conditions

6. Copyright and Usage: Photographer retains the copyright to all images. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to reproduce and display the images for non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, theft, or equipment malfunction, Photographer’s liability is limited to a refund of all monies paid under this Agreement. Photographer is not responsible for the lack of coverage caused by the venue, weather, or the conduct of guests.
