Operative Clauses

Release and Waiver of Liability: The Volunteer, for themselves and their heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Organization, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by the Volunteer while participating in the Activity, whether caused by the negligence of the Organization or otherwise.

3. Medical Treatment: The Volunteer gives consent to the Organization to provide or arrange for emergency medical treatment if, in the opinion of the Organization, such treatment is necessary. The Volunteer agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with such medical care.
