SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT STRATEGY & SCHEDULING AGREEMENT

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Provider shall furnish, manage, and maintain the social media content calendar (the "Content Calendar") as specified in the attached "Google Sheets Content Calendar Template." The scope includes, but is not limited to:

• Development of a monthly editorial calendar.
• Drafting of captions, hashtags, and creative copy for platforms including [________________________________________________].
• Scheduling of posts for the period commencing [__________] and terminating [__________].

2. CONTENT CALENDAR PARAMETERS (GOOGLE SHEETS)

The parties agree to utilize a shared Google Sheets environment for the management of the Content Calendar. The following fields shall be mandated for each entry:

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Provider agrees to hold all proprietary business information, marketing strategies, and login credentials provided by the Client in the strictest confidence. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without express written consent.

6. TERMINATION
