SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT STRATEGY AND CALENDAR AGREEMENT

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK

The Service Provider agrees to develop, manage, and maintain a Social Media Content Calendar (the "Content Calendar") via the Notion platform for the Client. The scope includes, but is not limited to:

2. NOTION WORKSPACE ACCESS AND PRIVACY

The Client shall grant the Service Provider "Editor" access to the designated Notion workspace located at: [________________________________________________]. The Service Provider acknowledges that all data, including draft content, intellectual property, and proprietary strategy stored within the Notion workspace, remains the sole property of the Client.

3. APPROVAL WORKFLOW

The Service Provider shall input all content drafts into the Notion database no later than [___________] days prior to the scheduled publication date. The Client agrees to provide feedback, edits, or final approval via the Notion "Comments" or "Status" property field within [___________] business days of submission.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

In consideration for the services rendered, the Client shall pay the Service Provider the following:

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Service Provider agrees to maintain the strict confidentiality of all business strategies, sensitive metrics, and proprietary information accessed via the Notion workspace. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement for a period of [___________] years.

7. TERMINATION
