SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT STRATEGY AND CALENDAR AGREEMENT

1. DEFINITION OF CONTENT CALENDAR

For the purposes of this Agreement, a "Social Media Content Calendar" (the "Calendar") is defined as a formalized scheduling document utilized to organize, track, and execute the distribution of digital content across specified social media platforms. The Calendar shall include, but is not limited to, post dates, platform-specific copy, visual asset descriptions, hashtags, and performance metrics tracking.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Service Provider shall curate and manage the Client's social media presence in accordance with the following terms:
