SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT STRATEGY & SCHEDULING AGREEMENT

THIS CONTENT CALENDAR AND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into as of this [___] day of [___________], 20[__] (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Provider shall curate, draft, and schedule content via the designated Notion Content Calendar platform (the "Platform") for the Client’s social media channels, specifically: [List platforms, e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X]. The services shall include the production of [___] posts per week, including copy, visual asset suggestions, and strategic scheduling.

2. NOTION WORKSPACE ACCESS

The Client shall grant the Provider "Contributor" access to the Notion workspace entitled [__________________________] (the "Workspace"). The Provider agrees to utilize the established "Content Pipeline" status tags:

• Drafting: In-progress content.
• Awaiting Approval: Ready for Client review.
• Scheduled: Approved and queued for publication.
• Published: Live status.

3. APPROVAL AND MODIFICATION PROTOCOL

All content drafted within the Platform must be approved by the Client no later than [___] business days prior to the proposed publication date. Any requests for modifications must be noted directly within the "Comments" section of the specific Notion content block. Failure to provide feedback within the allotted window shall be deemed as implied approval.

4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment of the monthly fee, the Client shall hold all rights, titles, and interest in and to the content produced. The Provider warrants that all deliverables are original and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. COMPENSATION

In consideration for the services rendered, the Client shall pay the Provider a monthly service fee of [____________________] ($[___________]), payable on the [___] day of each month via [Bank Transfer/ACH/Credit Card].

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

7. CONFIDENTIALITY
