SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT STRATEGY AND SCHEDULING AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of this ______ day of ____________________, 20____ (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK

The Client hereby engages the Provider to develop, curate, and manage the social media content calendar (the "Deliverables") as outlined in the attached Schedule A. The Provider shall maintain a structured Excel-based content repository to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and strategic distribution across specified social media channels.

2. CONTENT CALENDAR SPECIFICATIONS

The Provider shall deliver a comprehensive Excel-based spreadsheet (the "Content Calendar") including, but not limited to, the following fields for each entry:

• Publication Date/Time: ______________________

• Content Category/Pillar: ______________________
• Visual Assets/Creative Brief: ______________________
• Copy/Caption Text: ______________________

3. APPROVAL PROCESS

The Provider shall submit the Content Calendar for the upcoming ______ (e.g., week/month) to the Client no later than the ______ day of the preceding period. 4. COMPENSATION

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Provider agrees to maintain the strict confidentiality of such information and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

7. TERMINATION
