INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Completion: This document must be completed by the authorized signatories of the Service Provider and the Client. Ensure all schedules are attached and referenced.
• Filing & Retention: Original signed copies must be kept in the corporate records of both parties. Under Hong Kong’s Limitation Ordinance, it is recommended to retain this contract for at least seven (7) years following the termination of the service period.
• Mandatory Attachments: Ensure the following are appended: (A) Detailed Scope of Services (Schedule 1), (B) Fee Structure (Schedule 2), and (C) Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Addendum.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
