STEP-BY-STEP EXECUTION AND FILING GUIDE

  1. Document Preparation: Copy the above text into a word processor. Replace all bracketed items (e.g., [Client Full Legal Name]) with actual entity data. Ensure all exhibits mentioned (A and B) are drafted and attached.
  2. Review: Perform a final review to ensure the "Governing Jurisdiction" matches the location of the arbitration venue.
  3. Signatory Verification: Ensure the person signing has "actual" or "apparent" authority to bind the entity (e.g., C-level executive or authorized signatory).
  4. Digital Execution: Upload the finalized document to a reputable e-signature platform (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or PandaDoc). These platforms provide an "Audit Trail" or "Certificate of Completion," which is essential for legal enforceability.
  5. Record Retention: Save the fully executed PDF in a secure, encrypted cloud repository or legal document management system. Retain the file for a minimum of seven (7) years following the expiration of the Agreement to satisfy potential statute-of-limitations requirements regarding contract disputes.
