6. SUBLEASING AND ASSIGNMENT
Pursuant to Article 1870 of the CCQ, the Lessee may sublease all or part of the dwelling or assign the lease only with the consent of the Lessor. The Lessee must give the Lessor written notice of the name and address of the intended subleasee or assignee and the reasons therefor. The Lessor may not refuse consent without a serious reason.
