SECTION 3: EXHAUSTIVE OPERATIVE CLAUSES & LEGAL TERMS

3.1 Scope of Undertaking & Remediation Engagement

The Maker hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Student has accumulated unexcused absences exceeding the thresholds permitted under the Institution's Student Handbook and State educational statutes. This includes mandatory attendance requirements, makeup instructional hours, and periodic administrative check-ins over a duration of [Duration of Remediation Period] (the "Remediation Period").

3.2 Compensation, Administrative Fees, & Payment Terms

For value received, the Maker unconditionally promises to pay to the order of the Institution the principal sum of [Amount in USD] in lawful money of the United States of America, representing administrative remediation fees, tutoring costs, and processing assessments associated with the Student's absence recovery.

  • Payment Structure: The Principal Amount shall be paid in [Number of Installments] equal monthly installments of [Installment Amount in USD], commencing on [First Payment Date], and continuing on the same day of each successive month until paid in full.

The Maker shall have a period of ten (10) business days from the transmission of such notice to cure the default (the "Cure Period").
