Professional Photography Services Agreement

1. Parties and Session Details

2. Services and Deliverables

Photographer agrees to provide professional photography services for the duration specified above. Deliverables shall include [Number] professionally edited digital images delivered via [Delivery Method, e.g., Online Gallery] no later than [Number] business days following the session date.

3. Retainer and Payment

A non-refundable retainer of $[Amount] is required to secure the session date. The remaining balance of $[Amount] is due [Number] days prior to the session. Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in the cancellation of services at the Photographer’s discretion.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If the Client cancels the session, the retainer is forfeited. If the Client requests to reschedule, they must provide at least [Number] hours' notice. 5. Intellectual Property and Usage

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to print and share the images for non-commercial purposes. The Client may not sell, edit, apply filters, or alter the images without the Photographer’s express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Photographer’s total liability for any claim, loss, or damage arising out of this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client to the Photographer. The Photographer is not responsible for the quality of images resulting from factors outside their control, including but not limited to, lighting conditions at the venue or cooperation of subjects.

7. Model Release

The Client grants the Photographer permission to display the images for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, the Photographer’s website, social media, and portfolio, unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client.

8. Governing Law
