Media Consent and Release Agreement

Operative Clauses

1. Grant of Rights: Participant hereby grants the Organization and its representatives the absolute right and permission to take, use, reuse, publish, and republish photographic portraits, video recordings, or audio recordings of the Participant (collectively, "Media").

2. Scope of Use: The Organization may use the Media in any format, including but not limited to print, digital, social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials. This grant includes the right to edit, alter, or composite the Media at the Organization's discretion.

3. Waiver of Compensation: Participant acknowledges that they will receive no financial compensation or royalties for the use of the Media and waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which the Media may be applied.

4. Release of Liability: Participant hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Organization, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
