Media Consent and Release Agreement

Operative Terms

1. 2. Usage Rights: The Organization shall have the right to edit, modify, reproduce, publish, exhibit, distribute, and broadcast the Media in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, but not limited to, social media, websites, print materials, and television) for any purpose, including advertising, promotion, or commercial use, without further compensation or notification to the Participant.

3. Ownership: Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Organization is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Media, including all copyrights therein. Participant waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which the Media may be applied.

4. Release and Waiver: Participant hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Organization and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including, without limitation, any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights of publicity.

5. Representations: Participant represents that they are at least 18 years of age (or that a parent/guardian has signed below) and have the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State/Jurisdiction].
