Professional Photography Services Agreement

Instructions for Use

Parties & Definitions

Operative Terms

1. Scope of Work: Photographer agrees to provide professional photography services for the Session as described in the attached exhibit or as follows: [Describe specific project scope, e.g., portraiture, event coverage, or commercial shoot].
2. Payment Terms: Client agrees to pay a total fee of $[Total Amount]. A non-refundable retainer of $[Retainer Amount] is due upon signing this Agreement to reserve the date. The remaining balance of $[Balance Due] is due no later than [Number] days prior to the Session.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If Client cancels, the retainer is forfeited. If Client requests to reschedule, Photographer will attempt to accommodate the request subject to availability; a rescheduling fee of $[Amount] may apply. If Photographer cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments, including the retainer, will be fully refunded.
