Operative Terms

1. Grant of Rights: Participant hereby grants to Organization, its successors, and assigns, the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, copyright, and distribute any and all photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings taken of the Participant during the Project.

2. Scope of Use: The Organization may use the Participant’s likeness, image, and voice in any and all media, including but not limited to, websites, social media, print advertisements, press releases, and internal corporate communications, without further compensation or notification.

3. Waiver of Inspection: Participant waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied.

4. Release and Indemnification: Participant hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Organization and its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the images or recordings, including but not limited to, any claims for defamation, libel, or invasion of privacy.

5. Ownership: Participant acknowledges that all recordings and photographs are the sole property of the Organization and that the Participant has no ownership interest or copyright in the resulting materials.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of [State Name].
