Media Consent and Release Agreement

Operative Clauses

1. Grant of Rights: Releasor hereby grants to Releasee, its successors, licensees, and assigns, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, edit, exhibit, project, display, and publish the Releasor’s name, likeness, image, voice, and performance (collectively, "Media") in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to social media, websites, print materials, and broadcast television.

2. Waiver of Compensation: Releasor acknowledges that they shall receive no financial compensation, royalties, or other consideration for the use of the Media, and that the opportunity to participate in the project constitutes sufficient consideration.

3. Release of Liability: Releasor hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Releasee and its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

4. Ownership: Releasor acknowledges that Releasee is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Media, including all copyrights therein. Releasor waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith.

5. Representations: Releasor represents and warrants that they are at least [Age of Majority] years of age (or have had this form signed by a parent/legal guardian) and have the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement.
