Media Consent and Release Agreement

Grant of Rights: Releasor hereby grants Producer, its successors, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the Media in any medium now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to social media, websites, print advertising, and broadcast.

2. Waiver of Review: Releasor acknowledges that they have no right to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy, or any other matter that may be used in connection with the Media.

3. Release of Liability: Releasor hereby releases and discharges Producer from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that Releasor may now have or may hereafter have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or any other claim arising out of the use of the Media.

4. Compensation: Releasor acknowledges that they have received [Full Amount or "No"] monetary compensation for the rights granted herein and that no further payment is due.
