Operative Terms

1. 2. Waiver of Compensation: Participant acknowledges that they will receive no financial compensation or royalties for the use of the Media, and that the Company is under no obligation to utilize the Media in any specific manner.

3. Release and Indemnity: Participant hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Company and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

4. Ownership: Participant acknowledges that the Company is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Media, including all copyrights therein.
