Minor Media Consent and Release Agreement

Parties and Definitions

Operative Terms

1. Grant of Rights: The Parent/Guardian hereby grants the Organization, its legal representatives, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to record, film, photograph, and capture the Minor’s likeness, voice, and performance (the "Media") in connection with [Name of Project/Event/General Use].

2. Usage Rights: The Organization shall have the right to edit, display, publish, distribute, exhibit, and otherwise use the Media in any and all media formats now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing materials, advertisements, and internal publications, without further compensation or notification to the Parent/Guardian or Minor.

3. Ownership: The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that the Organization is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Media, including all copyrights therein. 4. Release and Indemnification: The Parent/Guardian hereby releases and forever discharges the Organization from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that the Parent/Guardian or Minor may now have or may hereafter have arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity.

5. Representations: The Parent/Guardian represents and warrants that they are the parent or legal guardian of the Minor, have the full legal authority to enter into this Agreement, and that the consent provided herein does not violate the rights of any third party.
