1. Parties and Definitions

2. Services and Fees

3. Vaccinations and Health

If the Pet(s) exhibit signs of illness or parasites, the Facility reserves the right to isolate the animal and seek veterinary care at the Owner’s expense.

4. Emergency Veterinary Care

If the Facility is unable to reach the Owner, the Facility is authorized to seek veterinary treatment from [Vet Clinic Name] or the nearest available emergency veterinary service. 5. Liability and Indemnification

The Owner acknowledges that boarding involves inherent risks, including but not limited to animal behavior, transmission of illness, or accidental injury. The Owner hereby releases the Facility, its employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of the boarding of the Pet(s), except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Facility.

6. Abandonment

If the Owner fails to pick up the Pet(s) within [Number] days of the scheduled departure date without prior notification, the Pet(s) will be considered abandoned. The Facility may, at its discretion, transfer the Pet(s) to a local animal control agency or rescue organization, and the Owner shall remain liable for all accrued boarding fees and related costs.
