STEP-BY-STEP EXECUTION GUIDE

1. Inventory Inspection: Complete an "Incoming Inspection Report" upon physical handover of keys. Both parties must sign/initial every page of this report, noting all existing defects, scratches, or non-functional items to protect the security deposit.
2. FICA & Compliance: Obtain a copy of the Tenant's ID (or Passport/Visa) and proof of current residential address. Verify all banking details via a secure platform prior to transferring the deposit.
