1. PARTIES & DEFINITIONS
This Truck Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Date] by and between:

2. OPERATIVE CLAUSES

2.3 Insurance Requirements: Lessee shall maintain at its sole expense: (i) Liability insurance (min. $1M Combined Single Limit), (ii) Physical Damage (Comprehensive/Collision), and (iii) Cargo insurance. Lessor shall be named as "Additional Insured" and "Loss Payee."
2.4 Regulatory Compliance (IFTA/IRP): The parties agree that the [Lessor/Lessee] shall be responsible for the payment and reporting of IFTA fuel taxes and IRP registration fees.
2.5 Indemnification: Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Lessor from any and all claims, liabilities, or losses arising from the operation of the Equipment during the Lease Term.

4. STEP-BY-STEP EXECUTION GUIDE
