The Landlord shall be responsible for structural repairs, roof maintenance, and the maintenance of the exterior of the Demised Premises. 6.4. The Tenant shall not make any structural alterations, additions, or improvements to the Demised Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
Clause 7: Subletting and Assignment
The Tenant shall not assign, mortgage, transfer, or sublet the whole or any part of the Demised Premises, nor grant any license or share possession with any third party, without the express prior written consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
