1. PARTIES

This Influencer Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the Effective Date by and between:

1. The Content is original and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
2. Influencer has the legal right to enter into this Agreement.
3. Influencer will not post content that is defamatory, illegal, or disparaging toward the Company or its competitors.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

Influencer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of a breach of Influencer’s representations or warranties, or any negligence/willful misconduct by the Influencer.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Influencer agrees to keep all non-public information regarding the Company’s business, strategy, or products confidential throughout the term and for a period of [Number] years thereafter.

STEP-BY-STEP EXECUTION GUIDE
