INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Completion: The "Client" and "Developer" must complete all bracketed fields. Ensure the "Scope of Work" (Exhibit A) is detailed with specific milestones to mitigate scope creep.
• Filing/Retention: Both parties shall retain a fully executed digital or physical copy of this agreement for a minimum of seven (7) years following the project completion date for tax and audit purposes.
• Attachments: Mandatory attachments include Exhibit A (Scope of Work/Deliverables) and Exhibit B (Compensation Schedule/Payment Terms). Ensure all third-party API keys or hosting access credentials are managed via secure vault, not stored in this document.
