Instructions for Use

• Filing & Retention: Both parties must retain a fully executed digital or physical copy for a minimum of seven (7) years following the completion of the project for tax and liability purposes.
• Mandatory Attachments: Attach any specific "Creative Brief," "Shot List," or "Production Schedule" as Exhibit A to this agreement to ensure project clarity.
