Instructions for Use

• Completion: The Client and Editor must fill out all bracketed fields in duplicate. Ensure the "Scope of Work" is appended as a formal exhibit if it exceeds the provided space.
• Filing/Retention: Both parties shall retain a fully executed digital or physical copy for a minimum of seven (7) years following the completion of the project for tax and liability auditing.
• Mandatory Attachments: Ensure any non-disclosure agreements (NDA) or intellectual property assignment addendums referenced herein are physically attached and initialed by both parties.

7. TERMINATION
