Instructions for Use

• Completion: The Client and the Photographer must complete all bracketed fields. Ensure the "Scope of Services" section is as specific as possible to avoid scope creep.
• Filing & Retention: Both parties should retain a fully executed digital or physical copy for a minimum of seven (7) years following the completion of the project for tax and liability auditing purposes.
• Attachments: Attach any "Creative Brief," "Shot List," or "Technical Requirements" documents as Exhibit A. Ensure all attachments are initialed by both parties.

1. PARTIES

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
