INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Completion: The Client and Designer must complete all bracketed fields. Review the "Deliverables" section with specificity to avoid scope creep.
• Filing/Retention: Both parties shall retain a fully executed digital or physical copy of this agreement for a minimum of seven (7) years following the conclusion of the project.
• Attachments: Attach Exhibit A (Project Brief/Creative Requirements) and Exhibit B (Fee Schedule & Payment Milestones) to this document to ensure legal enforceability.
