• Filing & Retention: Both parties must retain a signed physical or digitally timestamped (eIDAS compliant) copy for a minimum of 7 years to satisfy Belgian tax audit requirements.
• Attachments: Mandatory attachments include a detailed "Scope of Work" (SOW) document, a copy of the Freelancer’s business registration extract (BCE/KBO), and proof of professional liability insurance where applicable.
