2. Release and Waiver: Releasor hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Released Party and their employees, agents, and designees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that Releasor may now have or may hereafter have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, or any other tort arising out of or in connection with the use of the Materials.

3. Compensation: Releasor acknowledges that they will receive no financial compensation or remuneration for the use of the Materials and that all rights, title, and interest in the Materials shall remain the sole property of the Released Party.

4. Representations and Warranties: Releasor represents that they are at least 18 years of age (or that they are the parent/legal guardian of the minor subject) and have the full right and authority to enter into this Agreement.
