STEP-BY-STEP EXECUTION & FILING GUIDE

  1. Drafting: Replace all bracketed text [...] with specific, accurate details. Remove the brackets once finalized.

  3. Signatory Authority: Confirm that the person signing on behalf of the Organization has the legal authority (e.g., Executive Director, Board Secretary) to bind the entity.
  4. Execution: Use an e-signature platform (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign, HelloSign) to ensure a cryptographically secure audit trail. If signing manually, use blue ink.
  5. Retention: Store the signed PDF in a secure, digital repository. Ensure the document is retained for at least three (3) years post-termination to account for potential liability claims or tax audits.
