SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CALENDAR & STRATEGIC EXECUTION AGREEMENT

THIS CONTENT STRATEGY AND EXECUTION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into on this ______ day of ___________, 20__, by and between:

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Service Provider agrees to develop, curate, and maintain a Social Media Content Calendar (the "Calendar") for the Client. The Calendar shall be delivered via the [Notion] workspace provided by the Client. The scope includes:

2. NOTION WORKSPACE ACCESS & OWNERSHIP

The Client shall provide "Full Access" permissions to the designated Notion workspace. The Client retains sole and exclusive ownership of all intellectual property, data, and content stored within the workspace. The Service Provider shall ensure all content produced adheres to the Client’s brand guidelines, specified as follows: ________________________________________________.

3. APPROVAL WORKFLOW

The Service Provider shall input all draft content into the Notion Calendar no later than ______ days prior to the scheduled publication date. 4. COMPENSATION & PAYMENT TERMS

6. TERMINATION
