SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT STRATEGY & EXECUTION AGREEMENT

THIS SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CALENDAR AND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into on this ______ day of ____________________, 20____ (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

1. PROJECT SCOPE & CANVA INTEGRATION

The Provider shall generate, organize, and manage a Social Media Content Calendar for the Client. All visual assets shall be produced and maintained via the Canva platform. The Client shall provide the Provider with access to the designated Canva Team/Folder: __________________________________________________.

2. CALENDAR DELIVERABLES

The Provider will populate the Content Calendar for the period of ____________________ to ____________________. The scope includes:

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ASSETS

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Provider acknowledges that they may have access to proprietary information, trade secrets, and marketing strategies of the Client. The Provider agrees to maintain the strict confidentiality of all such information and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

6. TERM & TERMINATION

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in effect until ____________________. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon ______ days' written notice to the other party. In the event of early termination, the Client shall pay the Provider for all work completed up to the date of termination.
