SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CALENDAR & STRATEGIC EXECUTION AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into as of this [___] day of [___________], 20[__] (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

1. OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Provider shall develop, curate, and maintain a Social Media Content Calendar (the “Calendar”) on the Notion platform. The scope includes, but is not limited to:

• Platform Integration: [List platforms: e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X]
• Content Volume: [____] posts per [week/month]
• Strategic Pillars: [________________________________________________]

2. NOTION WORKSPACE PROVISION

The Client shall provide the Provider with "Guest" or "Member" access to the designated Notion workspace located at the following URL: [________________________________________________]. The Provider acknowledges that all data, assets, and intellectual property contained within said workspace remain the exclusive property of the Client.

3. CONTENT APPROVAL WORKFLOW

The Calendar shall serve as the official record of intent. The workflow shall adhere to the following timeline:

• Submission Date: The Provider shall populate the Calendar by the [___] day of each month.
• Review Period: The Client shall provide feedback or formal approval within [___] business days.
• Finalization: Approved content shall be marked as "Ready for Deployment" in the Notion status property.

4. COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

In consideration for the services rendered, the Client shall pay the Provider as follows:
