SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CALENDAR & STRATEGIC DEPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Provider shall develop and maintain a centralized Social Media Content Calendar via the Figma platform. The scope includes, but is not limited to:

• Design & Layout: Customization of Figma workspace for content mapping.
• Asset Production: Integration of visual assets into the designated Figma frame(s).
• Strategic Scheduling: Coordination of posting timelines for [List Platforms, e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok].
• Revision Cycles: A maximum of [___] rounds of revisions per content cycle.

2. COMPENSATION AND TERMS

In consideration for the services rendered, the Client agrees to pay the Provider:

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Provider retains a non-exclusive license to use the final work in their portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to the non-disclosure of confidential business strategies.

4. TERM AND TERMINATION
