SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT STRATEGY & SCHEDULING AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into as of this ______ day of __________________, 20____ (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

CLIENT: __________________________________ (the "Client"), located at __________________________________.

CONSULTANT/MANAGER: __________________________________ (the "Consultant"), located at __________________________________.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Consultant agrees to provide content planning, creation, and scheduling services specifically tailored for the Client’s Etsy Shop, titled: __________________________________ (the "Shop"). Services shall include:

• Platform Coverage: [e.g., Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook]
• Content Frequency: ______ posts per week/month.
• Deliverables: [e.g., Video scripts, graphic design, copywriting, SEO-optimized captions, hashtag research].

2. CONTENT CALENDAR SUBMISSION

The Consultant shall submit a proposed Content Calendar to the Client for review on the ______ day of each [week/month]. The Client agrees to provide feedback or approval within ______ business days of receipt. Failure to provide feedback within this timeframe shall constitute deemed approval.

3. COMPENSATION

In consideration for the services provided, the Client agrees to pay the Consultant as follows:

5. TERM AND TERMINATION

In the event of early termination, the Client shall pay the Consultant for all services rendered through the effective date of termination.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
