SOFTWARE LICENSE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT: SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CALENDAR APPLICATION

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

This license is granted solely for the purpose of internal business operations and personal content scheduling.

2. SCOPE OF PERMITTED USE

The Licensee is authorized to:

3. RESTRICTIONS

4. TERM AND TERMINATION

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM THE LICENSEE'S USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of ________________________________________________, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
