SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT STRATEGY & SCHEDULING AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this ______ day of __________________, 20__ (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

SERVICE PROVIDER: ________________________________________, having its principal place of business at ________________________________________, Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency").

CLIENT: ________________________________________, having its principal place of business at ________________________________________, Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Agency agrees to develop, manage, and execute the Social Media Content Calendar for the Client’s digital platforms (collectively, the "Platforms"). The scope includes:

• Platform Coverage: [List platforms: e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok]
• Content Frequency: ______ posts per week/month.
• Services Provided: Content creation, copywriting (Urdu/English), graphic design/video editing, and scheduled posting.

2. CALENDAR SUBMISSION & APPROVAL

• Draft Submission: The Agency shall submit the monthly Social Media Calendar for the Client’s review by the ______ day of the preceding month.
• Approval Timeline: The Client shall provide feedback or formal approval within ______ business days. Failure to provide feedback within the stipulated time shall be deemed as "tacit approval."

3. FINANCIAL TERMS

• Service Fee: The Client agrees to pay the Agency a monthly retainer of PKR __________________ (Rupees ________________________________________ only).
• Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via [Bank Transfer/Cheque/Cash] by the ______ day of each month.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep all business strategies, marketing data, and proprietary information disclosed during the term of this Agreement strictly confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

6. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing ______ days' written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in __________________, Pakistan.
