- Claim for all outstanding arrears, damages, legal costs on an attorney-and-client scale, and collection commission.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
If the Leased Premises are destroyed or rendered totally uninhabitable by fire, act of God, tempest, or other unavoidable casualty beyond the control of the Parties, either Party may terminate this Agreement by written notice to the other, and Rent shall abate as of the date of such casualty.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
