• Completion: The "Client" is the entity hiring; the "Freelancer" is the service provider. Both parties must initial all pages and complete all bracketed fields.
• Attachments: Mandatory attachments include "Exhibit A: Statement of Work (SOW)" detailing specific deliverables and "Exhibit B: Fee Schedule."
• Retention: Both parties shall retain a fully executed digital or physical copy of this agreement for a minimum of seven (7) years following the completion of services.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Freelancer acknowledges that they may have access to proprietary information. The Freelancer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and shall not disclose any Client information to third parties without prior written consent.
